Inclusion

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis for hotels for the duration of the tour in 4-star hotels or Glass Igloo or Train Sleeping Compartments. Single supplement will be charged separately.

• In cottages, cruises and camping sites, it will be group accommodation and group sharing.

• Sightseeing entrance as per Itinerary.

• Meals Breakfast, Lunch (set menu ) as mentioned in the itinerary only.

• Coach / Bus transfers as per the itinerary.

• Driver / Tour manager service from the first day to the last day of the tour.

• Pre-departure orientation and travel expert advice.

• Return Train tickets from Helsinki to Rovaniemi.

Exclusion

• Entrance to sites other than mentioned in the itinerary - can be availed at additional cost.

• Visa charges at the embassy by the applicant.

• Return airfare.

• Insurance

• Cost of your round trip Air / Rail / Cruise ticket which enables you to join the tour.

• Cost of any individual Airport / Seaport / Railway station transfers to join or leave the group.

• Premium seat charges.

• Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the route of the tour.

• Any Increase in the Airfare / Rail fare / Cruise Charges.

• Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.

• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.

• Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

• Cost of Insurance for any extra stay pre/post tour.

• Any private transfers have taken to move from one place to another instead of coach.

• Additional extra services if taken• If any activity/sightseeing done twice

• Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.

• Fur coats/Jackets to visit snow point or any special attire required to visit any particular sightseeing place.

• Any upgradation in the room category or airline class.

• Water bottle charges

• Any soft drink / hard drink, Desserts, beverages.

• Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.

• Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.

• Medicines required if any.

• Anything not specifically mentioned in "Inclusion" Column.

Note

• The rights to make any change in the scheduled programme OR internal changes in the scheduled itinerary is reserves with the company only. Information will be given from time to time.

• Tour manager has every right to make necessary and required changes in the ongoing tour. He will update the guest at that moment.

• We never deal with flight. Guest can book their own or if the big group demand us for flight, in that case, we will charge it on actual rate + Processing charges. Flight rates are not in our control. Guest has to bear the difference in flight cost while booking if any.

Package cost per person for a minimum group of  20 passengers.

The final offer will be based on the applicable rate on the booking date.

• Tour Package Govt Service Tax 5 %  and TCS 20% applicable on final deal ( Indian Taxes)

• Tour package tax - Vat 24% as per Finland law. Applied on final deal.

Payment Schedule

• 50% Payment - On the day of registration (As per EUR Rates)

• 30% balance Payment - 60 days prior to arrival (As per EUR Rates)

• 20% balance Payment - 45 days prior to arrival  (As per EUR Rates)

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

• Up to 90 days: 30% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 400 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 60 days: 50% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 500 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• Up to 30 days: 70% of the total tour cost or a minimum of 1000 euros per person is chargeable plus any fare/accommodation and train fare which is non-refundable #

• After 30 days: no refund (any case, visa refusal, medical emergency etc. also)

• No Show: No Refund

Visa And Insurance:

• Insurance is not included

• Kindly obtain the necessary Schengen visa, travel / medical insurance, and a valid passport before leaving the home country. For any doubts or assistance write to info@intiamatkat.fi and we will help you to the best of our ability.

• Intiamatkat is not responsible for the client's Visa. We are just intermediaries, who can help our guests to apply and only provide documents for Visas.

• Visa is a complete process and is always under the review of the Embassy. Granting or Rejecting the Visa can be decided by the Visa officer of the concerned embassy only. Intiamatkat has no intervention and role in the visa process.

Tour Manager And Driver Services:

• Car / Bus driver will work only 10 Hrs a day. As per European laws.

• Tour manager services will be available maximum of 12 hrs in a day. As per EU laws

• Two tour managers/drivers need sufficient sleep and rest days to conduct smooth operations during the tour.

Accommodation:

• Check-in & Check-out time varies from hotel to hotel.

• Room availability & Room Rate will be subject to change as per the occupancy.

• For cruises, cottages, camping and villas - group accommodation applies.

• All Hotel rates/taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

• Early Check-In / Late checkout will be subject to room availability at the time of check-in / Check out.

Booking:

• No services are blocked at the moment. Only on confirmation of the booking with Deposit, bookings will be initiated.

• Confirmation depends on room availability upon your placing of booking with us. Alternative Hotel/Room will be given; if the above-quoted hotel/room type is not available. Every effort will be made to ensure the rate quoted remains the same upon confirmation, however, the surcharge is unavoidable should a higher room category / different category of hotel be given, due to quoted hotel/room type is fully booked.

• Full 100% payment to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.

• The offer is valid for 7 days from the date mentioned in the offer document.

Day 05: Rovaniemi to Saariselka

• Breakfast: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel.
• Morning Free Time: Opt for winter activities or relax in Rovaniemi.
• Lunch: Lunch in Rovaniemi.
• Transfer to Saariselka: Travel through picturesque Lappish landscapes to Saariselka.
• Evening Arrival: Check into your Glass Igloo Hotel and unwind.
• Dinner (Self): Delight in a cozy dinner at the hotel or a local restaurant.

Transfer: Private vehicle
Accommodation: Glass Igloo at Kakslauttanen or Holiday Club Saariselka or similar

Day 06: Saariselka Exploration & Optional Activities

• Breakfast: Start your day with breakfast at the hotel.
• Cultural Tour: Explore the rich culture and traditions of the region:
  • Reindeer or Husky Farm Visit: Learn about these animals and their importance in Sámi culture.
  • Inari Village Tour: Discover the local culture and history in Inari, near the Ivalo River.
• Lunch: Enjoy a hearty lunch in the region.
• Afternoon Leisure: Optional activities include:
  • Husky Sledding: Enjoy another round of this thrilling ride if you haven't had enough!
  • Northern Lights Viewing: Another opportunity to witness the Aurora Borealis.
• Dinner: Return to the hotel for a delightful dinner.

Day 07: Saariselka to Rovaniemi & Train to Helsinki

• Siida Museum Visit: Explore the Siida Museum, showcasing the history and culture of the Sámi people.
• Lunch: Lunch on the way back to Rovaniemi.
• Afternoon Transfer: Arrive in Rovaniemi and transfer to the train station.
• Return Train Journey: Board the overnight train to Helsinki, enjoying the comfort of your sleeping compartment.

Day 08: Arrival in Helsinki & Departure

• Morning Arrival: Arrive at Helsinki Central Station.

• Transfer to Airport: Travel to Vantaa Airport for your flight home.
• Farewell: Say goodbye to your tour manager and fellow travelers, departing with wonderful memories of your Finnish adventure.
